For Parents, Guardians, and Grandparents with Children in Kindergarten & Elementary School.
We are thrilled to share that Alison Kerry is presenting the Violence Is Preventable (VIP) program, a transformative initiative dedicated to fostering safer communities. This free, confidential, school-based program empowers students from kindergarten to Grade 12 with the tools to build healthy relationships and prevent violence.
Grounded in prevention, the VIP program focuses on education and awareness, equipping children and youth with the knowledge to recognize the signs of domestic violence, understand boundaries, and cultivate respectful, positive connections. Delivered by the skilled Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling, and Empowerment (PEACE) counsellor Alison Kerry, the program engages students through age-appropriate presentations and supports those affected by violence with access to compassionate counselling services.
Join the Parent Café and gather with experts, peers, families, and friends to discuss and support each other!
